📦 Shipping Policy

At Vitrine Futbolística, we ship to all US states with tracking, full support, and delivery guarantee.
Our products are shipped directly from distribution centers in Europe, Thailand, China, and Sweden.


🚚 Shipping Options

  • Free Shipping — Europe: estimated delivery within 10 to 13 business days after shipment.

    Free Shipping — Americas: estimated delivery within 15 to 20 business days after shipment.

    Delivery times are always counted from the moment the order is shipped.


⏳ Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within a maximum of 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your order.

⚠️ Note: during high-demand seasons (holidays, promotions, or major sporting events), delays may occur due to external factors such as customs, shipping congestion, or postal strikes.


✅ Delivery Guarantee

  • Vitrine Futbolística guarantees delivery of your order.

  • All packages include loss insurance and are 100% traceable online.

  • If your order is not delivered within 70 business days from the shipping date, we offer a full refund or reshipment (whichever you prefer).

💬 If you ordered multiple items, they may be sent separately and arrive on different dates.


💲 Import Fees

  • In some countries (currently Brazil and Uruguay), orders may be subject to customs fees that are paid directly at the country's customs office.
    These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
    In other countries, no import fees apply.


📍 Incorrect Address

It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct address.

  • If the order has not yet been shipped: you can request a correction within 1 business day of purchase, at no additional cost.

  • If the order has already been shipped or returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address: a fee of 10 EUR will be applied to reship the package.


🔄 Returns and Exchanges

You can request a return or exchange up to 7 days after receiving your order, in the following situations:

  • Damaged or defective product.

  • Incorrect order (wrong size, model, or customization).

⚠️ Conditions:

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with tags attached.

  • We do not accept exchanges for incorrect size (a size chart is available on each product page).

  • Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Refunds will only be processed when the package is no longer in transit.

  • The return/exchange shipping costs are borne by the customer.
